Once you have created the account, now we can move to the step 2 which is to connect your website with cloudflare, so to link your site with cloudflare first, you need to add your site to this cloudflare account . So to add your site, click on ‘Add Site’ Now here, you have to enter the URL of your website. So to get the URL, let’s go to our site. copy this url go back to cloudflare and paste it here now click on ‘add site’ and it will take you to this page here you need to choose a plan for your account. I am going to opt for this free plan. Click on ‘Continue’ again, Click on ‘Continue’
We have now successfully added our site to Cloudflare account. Once you do this you will get these details. Now, in order to connect your site with Cloudflare you need to add these details to your hosting account. So to add these details, let’s move on to my hosting account, now that my site is hosted with GoDaddy, I’m out there, so let’s move on to GoDaddy. So click here to sign in and then log in to your account, just click on DNS to add the details and it will take you to this page. Now scroll down, click on ‘Change’ and then click on Enter my own name server now, here you have to copy and paste these details here, first copy and paste it here, then copy this, and Paste here Now click on ‘Save’. After adding these details, let’s go back to CloudFlare. Now, click on ‘Check Nameservers’ then click on ‘Get Started’ and it will take you to this page, now to connect your site with cloudflare you need to complete these steps, here it will show you your So to configure your domain, click save now to secure your connection with https, just enable this option and click on save. Now click on save again and click on save again. Once you have done that finally click on Finish.
Now to check if the name servers have been changed. Let’s click on ‘Check Nameservers’ and you will get this message. Now if you refresh here you can see that we got this message which means we have now successfully connected our site to cloudflare. We need to verify our email. So to verify our email For, go to our inbox. As you can see, we have received an email from Cloudflare Let’s open it now To verify our email, click on this link, and as you can see, our email has been successfully verified. Once you have verified your email. Now we can move on to the last step of adding our site to CDN which is to install Cloudflare plugin in WordPress. This is the plugin., which is going to help us to connect our Cloudflare account with our website. So Click Here To Sign In And Then Enter Your Email Address Now, Here You Need To Enter An API Key, So To Get The Key, Just Click Here, And It Will Take You To Our Cloudflare Account . Now, click on ‘API Token’ to get the key and click on ‘view’ here, you can see that we have to now
